1. This has to do with the higher level of specific teaching, special students with special courses and special materials. It is the special and specific courses for special and specific students. This scholastic methodology is specific courses designed for specific church leaders and authorities in their special and specific offices, levels, positions, ranks, appointments and specific ecclesiastical duties in their churches and in the society at large. This is a special teaching, special class and special forum for special individuals in the body of Christ.

   This is not general teaching for general students but specially for the special students. Below are the special students for the special and specific training, specific building, specific teaching and special equipment. This is special training and special equipment for the people in special duties, special calling and special assignment or special positions. A full time special lectures of 16 credit hours for special students.

    

   SPT 1001: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR APOSTLES
   A called man into the ministry and office of the apostle shall be specifically trained, groomed and equipped as an apostle in the New Testament church. Such called person shall be specifically trained as an apostle with specific teachings, mentorships, guides, directives and doctrines for the New Testament apostle in order for him to possess actions, unction, mission, vision and functions very peculiar to the apostles. This is a special training for his special calling in the church of Jesus Christ.

    

   SPT 1002: SPECIAL PROPHETS TRAINING
   A specific training for the called prophets are available in our institution which involved specific lectures, specific teachings, guides, mentorships, directives and special doctrines specifically made to train, equip, build and to disciple a called prophet of God. A prophet is a full time gospel minister who is different from a prophesier which is an ordinary lay member having the gift and can prophesy periodically. Here we emphasize special and specific training and disciplining a specific called prophet in order to make prophecy only what God says to avoid heresies and self projection.

    

   SPT 1003: THE EVANGELIS SPECIAL TRAINING
   There are specific training, teaching, tutoring, guides and special courses for a called evangelist in our Theological Institution. The called Evangelist has peculiar courses, peculiar teachings and special training in order to equip, build him and to  bring him fully to the Biblical sense of Evangelist and to help him have all ministerial ingredients for the evangelistic ministries. We have special courses for each specific gospel ministry and  for specific gospel functioning. The evangelist shall be trained specifically for evangelistic ministries in order to have the evangelist’s mission, vision, unction, action and evangelist function.

    

   SPT 1004: THE PASTOR SPECIAL TRAINING
   The pastor is the shepherd of the congregation a full time called man of God. EL Theological College has specific Anthropological courses, specific Biblical courses, specific doctrinal courses and with specific clerical indoctrination in order to have the influence, the spirit mind, the compassion, the ministry and the focus of the New Testament shepherd in the church of Jesus Christ. The ministry of a Pastor is a peculiar ministry, the office of a pastor is also a peculiar one therefore the training and the coaching of a pastor must be peculiar one different from the general theological training for all students.

    

   SPT 1005: THE TEACHER’S SPECIAL TRAINING
   The Bible Teacher is a very important minister among the five ordained gospel ministers of the New Testament. The teacher referred here is not a Sunday School Teacher, not local church appointed Bible class teacher, not denominational lesson teacher and not periodic appointed Bible teacher, but a full time called gospel minister whose main office is the altar as a full time shepherd of God’s people. He is literally called a pastor, but originally called by God as a Pastor-teacher. There are specific courses, specific teachings, specific lectures, specific training and specific teachings, specific lectures, specific training and specific materials to train and to coach the specific called teachers of the Bible. Some of these teachers are Bible College founders, Bible College lecturers, conference speakers and prolific writers or authors of many books we read today.

    

   SPT 1006: THE BISHOPS SPECIAL TRAINING
   The bishop is a senior minister of the gospel that is incharge of many church areas, many church districts, many local churches, many church leaders, many gospel ministers and many Christian believers under his leadership. He is an important church leader in the New Testament ecclesiastical setting. There are specific theological training, ecclesiastical training, ministerial training, Biblical training, missiological training, managerial training, leadership training, social, psychological anthropological and cultural training that EL Theological College has reserved specifically to coach and to equip the Bishops. It is a specific office that demands specific training in order to become the type of Bishop that God has in mind when He (God) called him.

    

   SPT 1007: THE SPECIAL TRAINING FOR GENERAL OVERSEERS.
   The general overseers are the church literal founders, the elected or appointed church leaders whose duties are to care for their denominations, to care for other gospel ministers under them, to care for other gospel ministers under them, to care for the churches under them, to oversee the progress and problems of their denominations. The life, spirituality, growth, survival and the advancement of their churches are laid on their shoulders and their failures also becomes the failures of the entire church. EL Theological College has specific trainings and specific Biblical revelations for the general overseers in order to make them succeed, meet their visions and carry their entire church along to the glory of God. The General Overseers are special people and special church leaders that need special training, special coaching and special teaching in order to be the type of leader God has called him to become in the church of Jesus Christ.

    

   SPT 1008: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR COLLEGE PRESIDENTS
   El Theological College has re-trained and also re-coached many Bible College Presidents from different Bible Colleges in Nigeria. Bible College President is an important gospel minister in the society, in heaven, in church community and highly hated by demons. This important gospel personnel needs great equipment, great information, great knowledge and great materials to feature well, to function powerfully and to lead successfully. EL Theological College has academic courses, scholastic materials, Biblical expositions, Ministerial revelations, Theological guides and ecclesiastical information to refresh, re-equip, retrain, re-coach, rebuild and to re-organize the Bible College Presidents to become active, powerful, academic and really effective in order to train and to help the Bible students committed to their care in their institution.

    

   SPT 1009: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR ADVANCED AND SENIOR GOSPEL MINISTERS.
   These are the pastors, Bishops, apostles or all the aged and advanced gospel ministers who have served over twenty five (25) years as gospel ministers in the church of God. These senior men of God are special men that deserve special attention. Special courses, special helps and special training in order to meet up with their ministerial desires. EL Theological College has special academic, special ministerial and special ecclesiastical teachings to rebuild and to re-activate these great men of God. We shall re-coach them to accomplish their vision and survive in their missions.

    

   SPT 1010: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR THE ORDAINED GOSPEL MINISTERS
   The ordained gospel ministers are very great and important ministers in the entire gospel ministries. They were ordained for greater responsibilities such as joining members for marriage, child dedication in the church, baptizing members in the rivers, giving of the Holy Communion and many other ministerial functions. They need greater power, greater knowledge, more understanding, more insight and more education. EL Theological College has special courses, special teachings, special words, special training and special grooming for the ordained gospel ministers who shall be totally coached to be active, Biblical and functional in their areas of specialization from God. The very re-training and re-coaching of the ordained gospel ministers are necessary in today’s gospel ministries.

    

   SPT 1011: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR THE NEW TESTAMENT PRIESTS
   The Priest is a man at the gap between God and man, the mediator, the carrier of people’s petitions and sacrifices based on these, every gospel minister in the New Testament church is a priest. The very duties of the priest include serving sacraments, blessing the people, representing God before the people and representing the people before God, offering prayers to God on behalf of the people and praying for the people on behalf of God. El Theological College has systems, courses, training ethics and ministerial materials to train and to coach the New Testament priest to become truly God’s representative before the people. There shall be both theological, missiological, ministerial, anthropological, cultural, social and ethnic impartations to the priest from Eltheco  special training and special coaching of the New Testament priests in order to build them.

    

   SPT 1012: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR THE BIBLE COLLEGE RECTORS AND LECTURERS
   The bible college rectors and lecturers of our days need training and re-training inorder to be efficient, eloquent, bold and in all academic orientation. El Theological College has mapped out specific and deep special programs to actualize these among the rectors and the lecturers of the bible colleges in our days in order to make the church what God says it should be. Re-training of the bible college rectors, provosts and lecturers is the basic program of EL Theological College that forms a serious impact among the bible college operators in Nigeria.

    

    

   SPT 1013: SPECIAL TRAINING STATE DENOMINATIONAL CHURCH LEADERS
   Some state leaders of their churches go by the name District Superintendents, District overseers, Zonal leaders, provisional leaders, presbyters, state moderators, state coordinators or area superintendents. These men of God are committed with different responsibilities raging from human management, financial management, mission and ministry management and other material managements. Based on these areas of managements special training and re-training become very essential and urgently necessary. EL Theological College as the mother of all theological institutions mapped out specific programs, special training and definite coaching of this class of church leaders in order to make them more fruitful and greatly productive in their church leadership.

    

   SPT 1014: TRAINING AND RETRAINING CITY CHURCH LEADERS
   Church leaders posted to big cities like Kano, Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kaduna, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri or Aba need greater orientation in order to succeed and to excel because such cities have greater population, varieties people, cultures, languages, tribal behaviours and racial segregation which makes it too hard for an ignorant pastor to fully understand. Such cities are all occupied by both the  rich and the poor, the illiterates and the educated including the middle class citizens and it is based on these that such city church leaders for them to be efficient, bold and successful in ministry.

   EL Theological College has specific courses, specific lectures, definte programs and special coaching methods and materials for such special men of God in order to help them have their expected success, progress and expected victory.

    

   SPT 1015: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
   Foreign students in EL Theological College are those students from other parts of the world and all those from different countries and different nationalities and those who are not from our country. This class of ministers faces many difficulties such as cultural differences, inferiority complex, language barriers, sudden revelations, strange activities and many more. These foreign students need proper orientation, deeper education, catechismal impartation, dogmatic expositions and friendly relationship. To make this class of people become more fruitful to their nations and to the churches that sent them, special programs are required, EL Theological College has special and specific courses, lectures, academic issues and specific programs to equip and to build these people in order to make them powerful, great and bold as they go back to their countries and to the churches that sent them.

    

   SPT 1016: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR THE FREELANCERS
   The freelancers in the gospel ministers are the gospel ministers who are not working for any church denomination, those who are not employed by any church, the independent preachers and all those that operate inter-denominational para church ministries. They are friends to all churches and preach, teach and visit their friendly churches at will, but never been assumed as their local church pastors. This class of gospel ministers are clouded with different ministerial obligations that demand higher knowledge and wisdom.    SPT 1017: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR MOBILE PREACHERS
   The mobile preachers are also called mobile evangelists or mobile ministers. These are men and women who preach in the motors, motor parks, in the ship, plane or in the train. Their presence are always felt in the motors especially in the big buses travelling from one city to another. They are always faced with many questions ranging from denominational differences, difficult matters of the Bible, failures of some pastors or as a result of what they preached, based on these such gospel ministers need more understanding, more knowledge and deeper theology.

   SPT 1018: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR PARA CHURCH MINISTERS
   Para Church Ministers are those ministers whose congregations are not seen as churches and those that never meet on Sundays. Some of these gospel ministers focus on healing, deliverance, breaking of curses, break through, miracles and issues of similar experiences. This class of gospel ministers face many challenges, difficult cases, demonic attacks, temptations for illegal sex, false teaching, false prophecies, duping, diabolic methods, consultation to witches and other occult houses, occultations and other unchristian attacks to do the worst.    SPT 1019: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR PART TIME GOSPEL MINISTERS
   The part time gospel ministers are those preachers who are taking care of their churches, feeding their flocks and the sheep and are involved in the pastoral ministries but still seriously engaged with their secular works on full time bases. The are called pastors but still engaged with secular works like craft works, trading, civil services and transport activities in order to sustain their families.

   These people are called part time pastors, though still occupy the altars and church pulpits.    SPT 1020: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR ORPHANAGE HOME OWNERS AND OPERATORS.
   Orphanage homes primarily are where the orphans, abandoned children and motherless babies are kept, fed, cared and catered for. The owners of the Orphanage homes are not the real mothers of the children under their care. To run orphanage home demands love, patience, humility and enough spirituality to cope with. It is careful and compassionate gospel ministry that calls for the mind of Christ to avoid the sins of hating the children, starving the children, neglecting their health conditions and may carelessly lead to child trafficking if care is not taken, based on these above the owners and operators of orphanage homes, motherless babies homes and  other charitable homes like this need adequate and special training, special teaching, special lectures, special grooming and special coaching, thus EL Theological College specifically mapped out specific marchable and specific fitable programs to coach and to train the owners of the orphanage homes in order to please God, Man and the entire society.

   SPT 1022: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR COUPLES
   Families are the foundations of the society, of the church, of the association and the foundation of all human communities on earth. The break down of the families is the destruction of the society. Families face different attacks and challenges such as hunger, poverty, sickness, death, disagreement, crises, divorce, childlessness, demonic introduction and other painful experiences that demand counseling. It is based on this that EL Theological College mapped out fitable and marchable courses, lessons, teachings, coachings and specific and special ideas and courses to train, retrain, coach and recoach couples in order to live at peace, cleave together and to be epitome of God’s own family to the total glory of God.

    

   SPT 1023: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR MISSIONARIES
   Missionaries are gospel ministers sent by God and by the church to new area, to strange land, to another culture or to other nations and at time in different language. The missionaries face many things in their mission fields such as tough resistance, language barrier, cultural barrier, racial discrimination, hardship, hunger, hostility and religious differences that may result to different attacks.    The Bible counselors are the gospel ministers who are gifted in counseling their clients whose supreme tasks are to advise the victims, the sick, weak, the poor, the afflicted, the troubled souls and others with one pain or the other relating to family, business, worship, health or others. This is a big task and a great business of the Lord that demands greater knowledge, greater understanding, spirituality and Biblical wisdom.

Counselors are therefore invited for refreshers courses and retraining course in EL Theological College Nigeria.

    

   SPT 1030: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR INTERNET AND CORRESPONDENT STUDENTS.
   Internet and correspondent students are the students admitted to study online and through correspondence. EL Theological College has mapped out courses, mode of training, method of grooming and system of making such students to be academic, spiritual and also to be sound in order to score their ministerial goals and become the type of Gospel Ministers God has called them to become and achieve all that the  almighty God has created them to become in life.

   Gospel Publishers are also called literature ministers whose supreme tasks are to publish tracts, leaflets, books and other materials that are used for evangelism.    SPT 1032: SPECIAL TRAINING FOR DELEGATED MINISTERS.
   The delegated Gospel Ministers are those sent, those delegated to specific ministerial assignments in certain locations, the appointed or the elected gospel ministers specifically to new duties. These class of gospel ministers face many challenges, confusions and disorganizations. It is therefore based on these matters that EL Theological College prepared specific courses and definite lectures in order to build, educate, equip, train and to help the delegated gospel ministers in order for them to succeed and to have visible breakthrough in his delegation.

    

   SPT 1033: SPECIAL SEMINAR FOR THEOLOGICAL GRADUATES
   Theological graduates are the former students who have graduated after their theological studies. They are diploma, Bachelor and post graduates former students, most of whom are pastors and evangelists who at times have forgotten the rudiments of Christian ministries and other ministerial ethics. EL Theological College has full time seminars to re-address their mind, re-culture their minds, reshape their reasoning and revive their souls to the Biblical principles and to the ministerial ethics, in order to bring them back to the  Bible life and to ministerial activities, ethics and mandates.

    

   SPT 1034: SPECIAL SEMINAR FOR RETIRED GOSPEL MINISTERS.
   Retired gospel ministers are not tired gospel ministers, still there are many gospel ministers who because of age are no more at the pulpit but at the gospel field always. These aged gospel fathers are no more receiving their former pulpit rights, their pastoral supports and other benefits and dividends of their gospel ministries. Some of them become sick, others become blind, weak, helpless, hungry, fainted and worried, others even die due to helplessness and steady tension. EL Theological College having known and seen the conditions of these teachings, lessons, seminar, courses and lectures to meet the needs of these elders and to comfort them, strengthen them and revive them to avoid their untimely death.

    

    

   SPT 1035: SPECIAL SEMINAR FOR LAY BUSINESS MEN AND WOMEN IN THE CHURCH OF GOD, CHURCH WORKERS AND ALTAR WORKERS.
   Lay businessmen and women in the church, altar workers and other church workers are the body of Christ who are not on full time gospel businesses, but serve God under such capacity with love and obedience. This class of people needs more piety, more understanding, more spirituality, more faith, obedience, zeal and more faithfulness in serving the Lord. EL Theological College in its normal vision has created some lessons, seminars, courses, teachings and Biblical topics to equip, build, solidify, strengthen, encourage and to empower this class of Christian brethren in our churches.

    

   REV. PROF. EMMA ONONUJU SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF DESTINY
   Prof. Emma Ononuju sons and daughters of destiny is a forum of spiritual children of Rev. Prof. Emma Ononuju (Jesus Bulldozer) from where he prays for them and command the blessings of God to them and pours fathers blessings to such spiritual children. It is an open sonship and daughterhood all over the world, without any discrimination, no racism, no tribalism and no nepotism, but all interest members are needed irrespective of the tribes or nations.

   ADMISSION IN EL THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE
   (ELTHECO)

   El Theological College admits Students three (3) times a year and these are January, May and August of every year. Students, desirous person, called men and women are encouraged to enroll in El Theological College (Eltheco) for sound theological, spiritual and academic training. El Theological College offers three kinds of studies to students as follows:-

   1. Regular Studies: Students for regular studies are those who registered for full time studies, who also attend classes on regular basis from Tuesday to Friday.

    

   1. Part Time Studies: Students for part time studies are those who are occupied with one business or the other and use their spare time for theological studies, who have esteemed Eltheco as more competent for such training. They have right to attend classes any day of their choice, either once a week or twice in every week hence Eltheco has special methods to groom them.
   1. Correspondence Studies: Correspondence program in El Theological College is considered as distance learning programme. Students of this method are those who are living outside Aba or those living in Aba who may not be chanced to attend classes due to one engagement or the other. They are to purchase all study materials, pay their fees and obtain all things necessary. El Theological College will groom them by necessary supervision, study aid, academic guidelines and other modern methods. With helpful tools to make up with the standards needed in Nigeria, in the society and at the pulpit.

    

   ELTHECO BUSINESS IN THE CHURCHES AND AMONG INDIVIDUALS.
   El Theological College (Eltheco) has businesses in the churches and among individuals, especially the called men and women. Irrespective of being a Bible College, the Bible commission, Bible principles, commandments and Bible instructions shall be the priority of every sound and spiritual Bible college, therefore the supreme task and business of El Theological College shall be Bible based and Bible oriented as stated below:-

   1. To build the church to really reflect why Jesus came to the earth and the evidences of true gospel in every local church.

    

   1. To support the churches in evangelism, soul winning programs and church growth strategies in obedience to Jesus instruction.
   1. To teach and to introduce Bible holiness in the  churches through the students and graduates of El Theological College who are members and ministers of these churches in the country.

    

   1. To award scholarship to indigent called men and women who shall indicate their calling and the touch of God in their souls to become full time gospel ministers.
   1. To send El Theological College students to various churches for evangelistic activities and for church growth programs at their own requests and at their own desires.

    

   1. Work in agreement with local church pastors who may need our spiritual assistance in their church growth and holiness awareness.
   1. Work in partnership with the visionary gospel ministers who may need prayer warriors, soul winners and vineyard labourers from El Theological College to work temporarily with them in order to score their ministerial goals, and this can only happen at the period of long vacation.

    

   SCHOOL OF CHARISMA AND DEMONOLOGY
   School of charisma and Demonology is a faculty attached to Eltheco with great emphasis on faith, spiritual gifts, deliverances, services, ministries, breaking of curses and covenant. Courses offered in the college of Charisma are quite different from what are obtainable in other Bible Colleges in Africa.

   In this college we have a school called SCHOOL OF DEMONOLOGY, which deals totally on how to detect demon possessed, demon depressed, demon initiated and the oppressed person. It goes further to deal on how to know a cursed person, cursed land and cursed properties, the final stage is how to give total deliverance to the persons, the land and the properties. This is different school altogether with a different registration, admitting ministers from churches, lay workers in the churches even students from other Bible colleges. Some Bible college lecturers and presidents are even encouraged to join this school. It is open for all

Each of the faculties has between four (4) and six (6) departments, while each of the departments covers between seventy five (75) and two hundred and fifty (250) courses.
